Review attendance, approve records, create users, and export payroll

This guide explains the Pro manager/admin workflow for team attendance, HR review, payroll-ready CSV exports, employee creation, and account access control.

The dashboard includes four main tabs:

Overview

Shows visible records, employees/managers count, and pending review count.

Attendance & Payroll

Displays attendance records and includes the Payroll-ready CSV export button.

Employees & Managers

Shows employee ID, name, email, role, department, location, shift, status, and enable/disable action.

Create User

Create Employee, Manager, or HR Admin users and assign department, location, shift, and password setup method.

Attendance review table

The Pro attendance table includes:

  • Employee name, email, and employee ID.
  • Schedule date and shift time.
  • Clock in/out time, break time, total time, and overtime time.
  • Flags such as late clock-in, early clock-out, overtime, overtime not allowed, and missing clock-out.
  • Employee explanations, break note, HR approval note, and admin note.
  • Location information, GPS map link, static map preview when available, IP address, and geofence evidence.
  • Approval status and attendance status.
  • Approve and reject actions.

Payroll-ready CSV export

Use the Payroll CSV or Payroll-ready CSV Export button after filtering records. The export includes:

Attendance

Filter by from date, to date, employee, department, location, and approval status. Review records and export payroll CSV.

Reports

Shows total hours, overtime hours, employee count, and pending HR review based on selected filters.

Employees

Uses the same manager panel workflow inside wp-admin for creating users and reviewing staff.

Departments, Locations, Shift Templates

Used by HR admins and administrators to define organizational rules before employees start clocking.

Payroll reminder: Review pending, rejected, missing clock-out, overtime, late, and early flags before processing payroll.
